Lyn brings her expertise in Family Office and HR practices as a Principal and Vice President of Projects. She's been an HR advisor to multiple top-tier family offices for the past 12 yrs. Lyn has a straight-forward style and focuses on specific solutions that create stronger working environments and operations. She has created innovative programs to attract and retain top talent in addition to developing leaders and structuring organizations for greater effectiveness. She is regularly called upon to help with family office management, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, and culture.

Lyn originally got connected to family offices through her contacts in the technology world where she was a leader at multiple start-ups on the HR & operations side. She joined Elon Musk in his first company, Zip2, which was sold to Compaq for $310M. Elon also asked her to join his next start-up, x.com which merged with PayPal, then went public and eventually sold to eBay for $1.5B.

Lyn graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a master’s degree in Organizational Development and received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with honors from Brigham Young University. Lyn speaks conversational Spanish and lives with her husband and dog in Malibu, CA.
